Bios:
Nick Nichols:
St. Louis native, Nick Nichols is a comedian in the Kansas City area. Nick began his comedy career while attending Missouri S&T and is known for his style of comedy that's suitable for audiences of all types. He won the Clash of the Comics comedy competition at the Omaha Funny Bone, Des Moines Funny Bone and Kansas City Improv. He's a paid regular at the Kansas City Improv and The Comedy Club of Kansas City. He has a half-hour recording available on his website and a TEDx talk that's available on YouTube.
Joe Nunnink:
Joe Nunnink is a comedian based in Kansas City, KS, where he co-hosts a daytime brunch comedy show called Hot Waffle that somehow actually works. Joe's stand-up combines witty and whimsical story-telling with observational humor. In 2019 he won the first annual Host Battle at the Comedy Club of Kansas City, and took 2nd place at The Loony Bin Funniest Person Contest later that fall. He’s been commissioned by the Sprint Corporation to write funny online content and his animated short comedy, "Starfunk: The Galactic Pleasure Quest," was featured in the biggest independent animation festival in Mexico: Cut Out Fest.
Maeret Lemons:
Fearless and Unique, Maeret Lemons is a KC native with a quick wit and sharp tongue. A professionally trained designer & fine artist, Maeret’s comedy career hit the ground running. After only one year in comedy, Maeret was named one of the top ten up and coming female comedians of 2015 by ambitious.com magazine. In 2016, she co-starred with Marc Maron at the Midland Theatre. She was featured in the Funny Women Fest Los Angeles. While in LA, She also opened for Joe Rogan at the Hollywood Improv. In 2017, Maeret Hosted the Spectrum Art Awards Show at the Folly Theatre.
She’s performed all over the country & opened for countless stars like Pablo Francisco & Josh Wolf. Maeret wrote and performed the original soundtrack to ‘A Man and His Dog’ which has been played on Comedy Central Radio. Tim Northern calls her “Irreverent, witty & downright hilarious.”
Aaron Naylor:
Aaron Naylor is a stand-up comedian from Kansas City. He has performed on some of the best comedy festivals around, including San Francisco Sketchfest, 10,000 Laughs, 208, Asheville, and Limestone. He was also a finalist on season 8 of Comcast's Trial by Laughter and was named the 2017 Funniest Person in Wichita. His stand-up has been featured on Men's Humor, Someecards, and Comedy Juice. He has been called a "heavy-hitting superstar" by Maria Bamford and has opened for Shane Mauss, Todd Barry, and Ron Funches.
